2. Approve your free proof
We email a free digital proof within 1 business day. Ask for changes until it's right. Nothing prints until you approve.
3. Your tape arrives
About 10-15 business days after you approve, shipped free to the 48 contiguous states and DC.

What does a case cost, and what's included?
2 in wide tape comes 36 rolls a case: $299 for 55 yd rolls (about $8.31 a roll) or $449 for 110 yd rolls (about $12.47 a roll). 3 in wide tape is $449 a case: 48 rolls of 55 yd (about $9.35 a roll) or 24 rolls of 110 yd (about $18.71 a roll). Your free proof and shipping to the 48 contiguous states and DC are included. No plate fee. No setup fee. Sales tax, if any, is added at checkout.
Can I see it before you print?
Yes. We email you a free digital proof within 1 business day of getting your logo. Ask for changes as often as you like. Nothing prints until you approve it.
How long does it take?
Your proof arrives within 1 business day of getting your logo. After you approve, most orders arrive in about 10-15 business days. Times are estimates; carriers and peak seasons can add a few days. Got a hard deadline? Email us before you order and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can cancel for a full refund any time before you approve your proof. After that, your tape is printed just for you, so we can't take returns. If it doesn't match your approved proof, arrives damaged or rolls are missing, we reprint it free (or refund you if we can't). Mistakes in a proof you approved aren't covered, so please check it carefully. See our Refund policy.
What if it arrives damaged or doesn't match?
We reprint it free (or refund you in full if we can't) if the tape doesn't match your approved proof, arrives damaged, or part of the order is missing. Email hello@komodotape.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We reply within 1 business day. Full terms: Refund policy.
What sizes can I get?
Choose 2 in wide tape in 55 yd or 110 yd rolls (36 rolls a case), or 3 in wide tape in 55 yd rolls (48 a case) or 110 yd rolls (24 a case). We confirm your size on the free proof.
My logo has several colors. Will it work?
Your logo prints in 1 ink color. Tell us the color you want, and we'll show you exactly how your logo looks in that color on your free proof before anything prints.
Can I order less than one case?
Not right now. The minimum order is 1 case: 36 rolls of 2 in tape, 48 rolls of 3 in x 55 yd, or 24 rolls of 3 in x 110 yd.
More tape is on the way. Gaffer, duct, masking, electrical and double-sided tape are coming soon.
